Delete your Roadity account

You can request deletion of your Roadity account and associated personal information by contacting Inteligent Studio Incorporated. You do not need to have the app installed.

Send a deletion request

1. Email support@roadity.com with the subject “Delete my Roadity account”.
2. Use your account email if possible. Tell us whether you signed in with Apple, Google, or used a guest account. If you used Apple's private relay, include that relay address if available. For a guest account, tell us that you need help identifying it.
3. State whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific information. We may request limited additional information to verify the account. Never send your password, full card number, or driver's licence image.

We will respond to verify and handle the request under applicable privacy law. Access requests under PIPEDA are generally subject to a 30-day response period; this is not a promise that all backup or legally retained records are erased within 30 days. We will explain any information we must retain and any lawful limitation on the request.

What happens to your data

Account deletion covers the associated sign-in profile, Roadity account and session information, and personal information linked to that account in our systems and applicable service-provider systems, subject to legal retention requirements. We assess linked feedback, analytics identifiers, and subscription records as part of the request. Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may need to be retained for their legally necessary purpose. Backup copies may remain until they cycle out; information already irreversibly anonymized cannot be linked back to delete individually.

Local progress and downloaded content can remain on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, and device backups may retain copies. Deleting a Roadity account does not delete your Apple or Google account. Those providers independently maintain their own store records.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel through Apple Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions. A deletion request does not automatically refund a purchase. Deletion can remove access and account associations needed for restoration, so contact us about any outstanding subscription issue.
